Neurological occupational therapy in Sydney
Occupational Therapy reports for NDIS access requests.
An NDIS access request may require clear evidence about how a permanent disability affects everyday function. Where Occupational Therapy assessment is appropriate, Caitlin can document functional impact across relevant areas of daily life and provide clinical evidence aligned with the referral question.

Caitlin's approach
Caitlin will first review the referral to determine whether an OT assessment is likely to add useful evidence. She is transparent when another clinician or form of evidence may be more suitable.
Home and community appointments are available across Sydney's Eastern Suburbs, Inner City and nearby Inner West. Telehealth or appointments outside this area may be available depending on the referral.
